Our verification partner (Veriff) authenticates the document, matches the selfie against it, and runs a liveness check to confirm a real person is behind the profile. Most checks complete in minutes, and your profile then carries the verified tick. Work rights are separate: you declare them yourself, and they are always shown to employers as self-declared.
We require every employer to publish a transparent salary range when they post a job. Filter to your number and you only see roles that match. (Some employers hide the range from public view but still use it to filter - you'll only see those if your expected salary falls inside their range.)

Scout is fully built for non-EU candidates. Toggle "I need visa sponsorship" and you'll only see roles from employers who openly sponsor (Blue Card, ICT, national work permits). Many Scout employers offer relocation packages - they're tagged on the role.
